Rules

No transferring items from another character.
Must stay in game the whole time.
Randomly pick 1v1 duels.
Skills that aren't allowed (Prayer/Summons/KB skills)
No towning, unless everyone agrees to get pots..etc..
You CAN buy items for NPC's.
You CAN trade other people for items.
Only Mana pots can be used in duels.

Forgetting a few things probably but the Winner will get 50 fg.

i think that kb rule should be abolished the only skill u can have
@ lvl9 with kb is barb so u make a barb useless @ this tourney
