Like I said After CES I'll be able to put something together.

Here is a theory I came up with. I'm not sure if anyone has thought of this before, could have.

If there are truly infinite parallel universes, then it's possible that there is some highly intelligent organism that has 100% complete knowledge of their entire universe. Perhaps a species older than our universe itself, that have mapped their whole universe and know everything there is to know about it. A species so old and intelligent would definitely be very technologically advanced.
Such a being would be able to tweak their universe to their liking, by recreating the conditions in which planets form to create planets tailored to their needs. This would give them an infinite supply of resources, which is what allows them to have survived so long. Not only would they be able to do this, but they would also know how to and possibly even be able to create another universe.

I think that if there really are an infinite amount of parallel universe, then it is DEFINITE that there is something, somewhere capable of doing these things.
