The logitech version is far superior, no jitter/twitches in cursor or crosshairs and better software for making adjustments yourself as well as support for binding all the mouse keys when not orig supported by a game. Ontop of that, the Razor line I've just always found uncomfortable in my hand. They feel big and angular, and I have a pretty large hand and use the full hand hold on a mouse (not clawgrip of finders and ball of thumb). Don't even consider one unless you've tried out the grip @ bestbuy or a similar place.
I just recommend getting whatever is the wireless version of the g5 (g7 I think unless there has been an update recently) is if you really want a wireless mouse, you won't be disappointed.
