if the coca-cola analogy doesn't sit well with you, look at it this way:

say Toyota releases a Corolla model that has electronic locks/windows
and cruise-control but the electronic locks/windows features break after 2 years.

people complain about this and Toyota fixes the situation in next year's model
but cruise-control is no longer an included feature for corollas

someone decides they really like cruise-control and buys last year's Corolla model
from a used car dealer. 2 years after purchasing the car, the electronic locks/windows
no longer work.

Toyota cannot be held responsible for your choice as a consumer since it's not like
they can go back in time and change the design of last year's Corolla.

this happened to me an hour ago, making me realize more and more why i will take an xbox over a ps any fucking day.

I've gone through two ps1's, two ps2's(i bought an xbox when it first came out, never had a problem with it and still use it today), and now my ps3 has stopped loading games.

I've only had one xbox 360 ever go bad on me, and that was RRoD(to be expected because i had the first model).


Fuck Sony, $150 out of my pocket to fix this piece of shit.
