The essesce things come from hell bosses, theres 4, you transmute them to respec your skills.

Means you lose your skills and get your points back to redistribute. So you can make a PvM character into the 90's and reskill then for a dueler, or whatever your into

I'm not sure if you can only do it once, or what, but it would be pretty leet to remake your character every duel lol.
