Lets be mature here and use some logic.
If you were kicked out of a guild due to your behavior would you still think the guild leader would want you posting in their guild chat still?
It is " The Goods" guild chat and they can talk about you being kicked if they want too, they are not breaking any rules.

If you want more explanation I suggest you PM Mike or his brother.
