Well most of the people that were immune (most are just resistant not immune and even then its a SMALL population)..... are missing the required recepter on their helper T-cells. So while "resistant" people (the few known) have been studied for a while, most just lacked a receptor, not something that could have been shared baring genetic engineering (which just isn't doable on people). If a new Antibody were in fact isolated in a subset of the "resistant" population, its a big accomplishment but anybody got a link? Somehow I didn't hear about this....
