NO SLEEP .. Disordered and not sure what to do with LS char

well for mfing/welling you do no maze catas in groups with a drop rotation taking turns as to who gets the drop in the cata and then you drop the non magic item into the well and fight the moster that spawns which will be like an uber monster and when you kill it it gives you a magic version of the item you dropped in.

as for mq'ing, you agree to do the master quest.
you get 3 keys, 3 doors.
random luck at picking the key that goes to the right door.
you fail you re-roll to lvl 1, keep all your gear and proficiencies and get 1 guild point.
you pass you re-roll to lvl 1, keep all your gear and proficiencies, unlock a new char and get 2 guild points.
