Is there a character choice or regulations?

Rules

No transferring items from another character.
Must stay in game the whole time.
Randomly pick 1v1 duels.
Skills that aren't allowed (Prayer/Summons)
No towning, unless everyone agrees to get pots..etc..
You CAN buy items for NPC's.
You CAN trade other people for items.
Only Mana pots can be used in duels.

Forgetting a few things probably but the Winner will get 50 fg.

And yes you can be any character.

Even if I could, I can't, I work until 10 pm eastern (9 pm central for me). Hopefully another time.
