this structure seem adequate?

introduction : state who the log was written for, what i am logging, followed by a short anecdote of why i am making the log
content : in chronlogical order, citing the date of each entry
conclusion : address whom it was written for, argue that i have fulfilled the expectations of the reader by referencing to the content ( significant events that happend and were logged) or argue i had not enough information to do so. ( significant events did not occur)
