if i were to keep a log for someone by writing down significant events in my life for the next 30 days (just an example) should i write a introduction and conclusion?
No.
Logs wouldn't have a defined introduction or conclusion.
It's more so like a time line.
Now, whether or not a intro or conclusion is indirectly made, then by all means it's welcomed.
