I was going to pm steve with this, but his inbox is full so I'm going to post it here.
Some things need to be done with this guild.
The guild charter needs to be redone asap. It is ugly and outdated. Looking at that charter I sure as hell wouldn't wanna join this guild.
More weak members need to be weeded out. I see tons of people who havn't posted in 25 days, and that I have never seen post in guild chat. I think we should remove them, and send them a pm saying they are welcome to comeback if they are active.
The number of people in this guild doesn't really matter. What matters is how active people are.
Active people need to be recruited. Not just active in guild chat, but in ventrilo and in game as well.
Without any new members and our current members not being active this guild has slowly been going to shit, and something needs to change.
None of the people who left really mattered. Most of them never posted in here, and didn't contribute shit to the guild.
