the majority of Haiti is ran by drug lords, and they are understaffed in the police and army outfits...
Not only this, but it's said that the majority of the police who come to aid calls actually do nothing and if they do do anything, it's help the crime because they crime reaches out to such a vast majority of the people there.
Not to mention... poking fun @ a country that just went through a tragedy is tasteless at the least...
