Ya one thing i might change is the guild fee to get ... its either gunna be 250 which would be for their own name rank.

300 fg - 250 towards name rank 50 fg towards guild pot

350 - 250 towards name rank - 100 fg towards guild pot

not sure how much would be tooo much ya know?
