Hmmm so I was thinking about our guild and it's future and what to do with it and I decided I'd ask you guys for some feedback.

Currently it's free entry but I don't just let anyone in, I let most people in but some I won't let in, I prefer them to have a nice avatar/signature and to be fairly cool and share the joy of hentai and/or anime. As I expand the guild and it grows it becomes more and more expensive which isn't much of a problem to me since I acquire forum gold fairly easy but I'm not sure should I set an entry fee after our 15th member? If so what should it be (don't joke around lol).

I also wouldn't mind buying some features and I read the FAQ -> http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=5

I think it'd be nice to get the chat thingy but it's kind of expensive, maybe later in the future I can afford it but there's a lot of stuff I want and it's not cheap.

I see other guilds advertising with a guild invitation fee of around 50 fg. The lowest I saw was 25. I think you should start setting an entry fee.
The guild chat, I don't think we really need it right now because we have this thread, but it would be nice to have in the future.

Being the ex-co leader of a guild, i can say this for sure:
1) the note box is stupid and useless.
2) 50fg entry
3) If they want a custom rank, charge a nonrefundable 250

Okay so for now I'll set the fee to 50fg and see how that works, it should be good because that's the price of basically their place in the guild that I'd have to pay. I don't really like asking for people to pay to join but whatever I'll try it out and see how it goes o.o

edit: also is anyone interested in wearing some guild banners if I went and bought a few for us?

Yeah like something thin that had Hentai in it, but I'd really like it to look nice.

or maybe we can have Hentai in it and ranks? idk really yet but I know it'd have Hentai and look very nice, maybe get a couple different colors or styles.

Also I PM'd chigga telling him I was going to temporarily kick him in which he could re-apply to our guild if he so wished in the future when he returns, but I explained he hadn't posted in guild chat and he was approved in my absence so I don't really know him lol.
