AH HA!

i have finally figured out what im doing in design

perfusion bioreactor to make the MAb's from CHO cells
expanded bed chromatography as the primary separation
and then ionx chromatography as the final separation step
obviously freeze drying the final MAb product

easy.. just need to call upfront(R) to get some information on pricing and purity and some feasability information, they already have cycle times up on their site.
