Whoa I just realized something. I was talking to my friend Dylan the other day, and there is a "one mile" loop that we do sometimes to warm up at practice if it is raining outside. So last year, I ran that "one mile" loop in 6 minutes 30 seconds. Dylan is the captain of our team, and when I told him that he said that the secret about that loop (so B team doesn't complain) is that its actually 1.4 miles, not 1 mile! WHAT WAS MY MILE TIME?!?!?!?! I THINK WE GOING INTO HIGH FOUR'S OR LOW FIVE'S HERE!

i ran a mile in like.... 4 mins and 30secs bck in 9-10th
