So I would like to discuss whats the easiest or more effective way to chainlock someone. I'm stuck with the unsummon/throw/etc lock stuff and Id like to know whats more effective.

Don't use the unsummon stuff, rofl. I have ALWAYS used a USEFUL skill to namelock/chainlock with, NEVER unsummon. The only time unsummon locking is useful is if you don't want the other player knowing that you have them namelocked, so you can do a surprise telestomp. If I'm on a fireballer, I will namelock with fireball/firebolt and switch to tele (while namelocked), then quickly move my mouse to the very center of the screen and get another namelock (because after you nl tele, you will be directly on top of them so they will ALWAYS be in the very center of the screen). On each character there is a different preferred skill I use to namelock with. What type of character are you trying to chain lock with?

In that situation you basically have to use unsummon to NL since every attack is melee (except for throwing lol). On BvC I NL with tele constantly, but it isn't technically chain locking like on a sorc/nec/pala/etc.

well i've ever only chainlocked on my fb sorc
so i just namelock em with fb and when they get too far, i switch to tele to tele beside em and then shoot fbs again xD
