If both say go, then both duel. No questions asked

If there was a conflict (typing, or if the window cascaded) in between the duel.

1.) Stop dueling

2.) Inform the other person to restart due to the conflict

3.) If the other person tries to duel it out (the one that had the conflict), then it's their fault for not specifying to stop and restart the duel

Those are the rules I have abided by for ages, and everyone has abided by in RPK and GM BVB

In other words, it's in the past now. Quit the bitching.
