When I was in college I could squat 765lbs, dead weight. I played rugby, I was a forward (Loose head prop) was more worried about my traps and my legs, as I pushed during scrums and ruck overs.
I haven't maxed in a long time, so I don't know what I can squat now, probably 400-500.
The last time I benched it was 345 or something, but that was when I was around 250-260.
I could probably bench like 225-250 now, if I am lucky.
