Na Not All Perm, Legit

I'd recommend using a Fighter. (Put all stats into Dex nothing else)

To start I would go look at market place and search for the following items.

Lvl 0 Weapon
Sword, Club, or Axe
With highest dmg possible and with high enhanced effect. Enhanced Effect = Enhanced Dmg


Lvl 0 Armor
With highest Defense possible and highest Str or Str/Dex combo. Enhanced Effect (EE) is a + if you can find with str/dex mods. and so is Exp Gain but not necessary.
Enhanced Effect for Armors = same as Enhanced Defense. If you can find a nice armor with EE also then monsters wont take any life away.

Lvl 0 Charm
Look for something with high Str or Str/Dex combo. Exp Gain/Max life is a + if can find those with str/dex mods.

This setup will lvl you really fast. Once you get to lvl 5 or 10 you might want to upgrade gear to higher dmg/EE/Str/Dex. That way lvling will be a breeze.

Once you get a good system made for your chars gear you can lvl real quick to Master Quest and also can MF at lvl 70+ to find GG items.
