If by the seat you mean to get in. Probably not at all, they make it pretty easy for transfer students to get into the US and it's a lot easier to get in with previous college credits. If you have anything about a 3.0 you'll have a very good chance at acceptance

I had assumed that you were already in college or university. What i had meant by 3.0 was GPA. If your looking for a medium priced 4 year college you probably going to be paying about 15-20 grand. But i have no clue what kinda of exchange programs they have for foreign students. There is a lot of student aid out there for that kind of thing

I go to the Community College of Baltimore County here in Maryland and I pay including books about 3500 dollars per year, thats for the Spring and the Fall semester. I dont take the winter or summer they are a waste of money.
