anyways Heres my tip on fast lvling.

Get a char up to lvl 70 first then by doing cata pick up gears for lvl 1-10 10-20

because I did this when i was lvl one i was using a wep a sword actually for my new rogue that had 33EE and i was doing 60 dmg that wep held up untill i was lvl 10 once at lvl ten u wanna get a wep that does at least 100 dmg so get something with 55EE that wep should take u till ur lvl 20 once ur lvl 20 u want something that is of your lvl so get a wepon with at least 80+EE because this wep will keep u rdy untill ur lvl 35.

Best way to lvl is Solo untill ur lvl 25 then cata.

when ur using those weps u can become lvl 1-10 within thirty minutes if not less cuz u keep killing them fast cuz of damages and u keep getting chains. i think the most chain i got on a solo was 40.
