not too sure. I didn't even realize it was an anxiety attack. I was just driving home from dropping my fiaance off at work and I lost the ability to breathe. Luckily I was right next to a drop in medical clinic. They put me on a nebulizer but my breathing didn't improve so the doc was like "have you been having trouble sleeping lately?" and I was like "I wake up alot earlier than usual" so she gave me a sedative and some anti depressants and now I can breathe. Wierd shit.
