anyone know how to make guardian healer on ls?

Check hyrbid builds on the LS forum pages.
IMO, you should go for magician/pure healer.
Cheapest to make, and people will actually want to play w/ you since you can heal.

That's first 10 stats into vit (If you have no good gear,), the rest into intelligence.

Find gg intelligence itams, and use em
