no not really.. there is no ladder reset as of right now... its rumored... bashiok made a rumor... yes its going to happen... when? no one knows because they havent decided yet because there isnt an actual restart yet.. not until they release a date and say on <insert day here> from <insert two sequential times here> battle.net will be down so the ladder can be reset and all chars moved from ladder to non ladder... etc etc etc

until then its a mythical rumor that bashiok made
