im0, change the text colour to black and the glow to the orangey colour. Also change the blending mode of the glow to normal.

Ewh, remove the flashing on the font in general
Move the font to top corners, put a single glowing lightnin streak somewhere across the front so it wraps around him

Remove SOME of that " stil lframe lightning" in the background its a bit too much makes it look like a mess.

Give it a border of some sort aswell. like a simple golden border or something
