Well try to remember. It's been so aggravating. I almost threw it at the wall. Never had to go through so much trouble to get something working.

Ok, did you try downloading the software from Zune.net?

I think I had trouble getting the marketplace to register my zune...
but I can't figure out how to solve it. Sorry, I would go to zunescene and post on there saying you are having problems....

yeah i went to zune.net/setup. i got the software, and it failed. i even downloaded the 4.0 package. i had to install some shit for xp media center. i thought i had fixed my problem, but it just let me proceed with downloading zune. I still can't sync my zune. My comp doesn't recognize it. I'm currently looking up how to deal with that.
