he didnt scam , he just failed to repay a loan

well it's considered a scam in my opinion because he had a method of repaying my debt however used that method to get money and trick a friend online.

if he had no fg or anyway of obtaining my loss fg, i wouldn't have loaned him in the first place.
seeing as how he didnt even give 100fg kinda upset me.
