I work out every single day.
This is what I do.

Eat small for breakfast (This effects you the most) Like a Granola Bar and a Vitamin Water
Eat an average lunch with a glass of milk.
Eat a small dinner. (As in like 3/4 of what you would normally have)
I usually have at least 2-3 Vitamin Water's per day along with 2-4 Glasses of milk.

I don't eat very much but I get a good amount of nutrients and this is very effective for losing weight.
I am a very small guy because of this lol.

yeah i dont have much fat to lose
im mainly doing it to detox my body and kick off getting back into shape
but ill keep yours in mind

With any diet for losing weight that requires a heavy decline in food I recommend a lot of Vitamin Water.

Okay, as long as you have those a lot of diets work better than without them.

I say just make sure your breakfast is small and you don't eat as much rich foods.
Then just fill in the gap with some protein foods every few days.

yeah like i said 21 days of this detox
raw veggies and fruit
on 11th day i can start chicken and other stuff
grilled not fried

You need more protein than after 11 days.
I say eat some protein for dinner every 3-4 days then.

i eat peanut butter alot and cliff bars

im sure that will be enough

Peanut Butter is a good way to GAIN weight.
Especially right before you go to bed.
