Try sitting down with her and find the things you agree on and the things you disagree on and try to make some sort of deal......maybe some days you can have for yourself the way you want them and then some days you follow your moms culture? That seems possible to me but im not in your direct situation so you tell me. PM me if you ever need to talk tho.
