<Challenge System>
Please Make Sure the Person you are Challenging doesnt have a Challenge Pending
1) Allowed to challenge a player up to a maximum of 2 ranks above you
2) Pm the other party about the challenge then post challenge in this topic
3) GM Melee Rules Apply to all Duels
4) Challenge will be First to Six, Win by 2
5) Challenges Involving a Top 3 Spot are best 2-3 Sets
6) No Going to Stash during a Set. If its a Top 3 Challenge you may Change Gear Between Sets
7) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 24 hours after Completion of 1 Challenge to Issue another Challenge
(so people behind you have a chance to Challenge)
8) If you lose a Challenge wiether you Issued it or not you must wait 24 Hours to Rechallenge the same Person
9) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, No-reply, No-show = Auto-Loss)
10) 2 Consecutive "Dodges" = Removal from Ladder

So I have officially decided after me and natedogg duel/don't duel I am going to sell my zealer. I have decided this because it is getting too close to school and I have a lot of things I need to concentrate on this semester and diablo 2 is not one of them :P I think if I eliminate my chars and have nothing to do I will not have to worry so much about it distracting me hopefully but I am sure I will come and check in guild chat from time to time, but for now I need to get my life situated again so i can get another 4.0 and do really well on my LSAT's which I will also be studying for this semester, will post a link to my zealer trade page soon as I make one. Be ready for some gz gear!

Why Even bother doing your Challenge if youre just gonna quit right after? You have already been holding Nate up for 2 Days. If youre going to quit just do it so he can have his spot and challenge GMZ if he wants too... Besides if you do your Challenge and Lose you wont be able to claim no2 On Melee Ladder like it says in your Zealot Post

because i still want to duel him one more time?
and i havnt been holding him up for 2 days i sent him a pm yesterday morning telling him i would be ready whenever he is the one who said he wanted to wait
and if i resign from the ladder doesnt it just remove me and he moves up to spot 3, i thought you cant forfeit a spot to someone else without dueling

If you retired his new spot would be 3 and he would be able to challenge for no1

alright well then it is his choice, i would rather duel him one last time, but if he would rather have spot three and me retire i can do that as well, but i deff have not been dojing him i was on ALL day yesterday and all day today till now waiting for him to be on and duel too
