9 am PST is GMT -7 hours
so ..in order to know when your reset will begin try this : http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/pacific-time/
on the left (user time zone) you'll see your time, compare that to the PST time (displayed in the center) and you'll find out what 9 am is for you
don't forget that you'll be able to play only after 6 hours , from the reset starting time

for Canada , 9 am PST is 12:00 (so Sarah will be able to play at ~ 6 pm)
that means, we , from Europe ..will be able to play at ~ 00:00 on 18th june (for Germany , France) and at 1 am 18th june for me
