He'll be in charge of the managing and hosting of all PN melee events including PN Tournaments, SETB nights, King events and the future PN Bet Challenge Thread. Of course, myself, Vice PreZident Tyler, Chief of Staff Dave and other PN Staff members will assist him, but ultimately, Kelly will make all final decisions pertaining to melee events. In hosting an event, he will decide if and when a second or third "referee" needs to be chosen, reading the rules to the players in the PN channel, how many players for each game to keep them balanced, and will make final decisions and penalties, if any, during any duel that takes place in which one player might have purposefully or accidently broken a rule. Kelly's "referees" will have this same power to make sure all PN events are fair and balanced.
