Sigi is co owner she is like a mod to this guild
there for she allow to talk what ever she wants

if another guild member talks the same then hes allowed to because sigi can watch over them and make sure they not breaking the rules

i only know english
sigi knows english and estonian

so there for all member allowed to talk english or estonian

because we can know what ur saying so we know ur following the rules
