Very nice profit there. I was working on the 49 and the city came by and said I can' t work on my own truck in my own driveway. It's stupid, waiting for the court date.

thats bs man.. im sorry but bylaw cant tell you what you can and cant do on your own property to that extent.. if you just say you are doing general repairs on it.. they cant do anything..


and you know... the only reason the city came by is cause one of your neighbours complained... figure out who,.. and you have your dismissal in court..

Yeah I know who it was, because we always have problems with him. First, the zoning enforcer came out and told me to stop. So I found out who her boss was and e-mailed him. He responded saying only minor work is allowed. Then I asked him to show me where It says that, or even define what is minor and what is major. LA and Riverside county's Zoning Laws have major and minor defined. All San Diego has is its not zoned for commercial automotive repair. That's like saying you can't grow tomatoes in your back yard because it's not zoned for agricultural stuff. Then he replied back saying NO automotive work is allowed. Like the millions of people that live in San Diego aren't allowed to change their wiper blades in their driveway. Its bullshit.
