I agree with everything that BMsmite said. Why should we have to make a list for other members? To be honest, who the hell cares if they not in our guild?

No offense intented of course to other great and amazing v/ts and smiters out there (since there are many that can kick my ass atm) but this is a guild thing that will enrich the guild experience.

It will make guildies strive to obtain perfect gear and become the best that they can.

I also agree with the item thing. Without perf to near perf gear you can't trully b the best of the best. Even the level thing makes sense, cuz at least for v/ts you can never trully finish getting all the skills you want.
