I stopped using the protein and focusing on Creatine shakes. They taste bad.
U have to use both, simply using creatine will do nothing beneficial for you; you will only retain water. Creatine is made to saturate muscle tissue, protein is combined to help saturate your muscles with protein for repair and regrowth.
