....lol. I'm not going to lie... around here those jobs go for 1 sandwich a day + anywhere from $1.50 $5.00 an hour.

Maybe if you don't have any poor people, it can go for around $12.00 an hour, but it's hard work. I've done it before and now I know why construction workers take so many damn breaks.

I been there and done the dirty work it is no fun. I watched others make mad $$ off me and told myseld i'd never do it again

Go from making $15 an hour to make $500 per design (Basic Design) takes me 10-20mins to draft. Then on a project lets say that is 8K I would profit 5K off it if not more. And most take an avg 2-3days to complete.

I just started again cuz I got fired 2x from big companies once I got the company running... I was tired of being used..
Reason I wanted to re-open my business again. So far so good only had 1 project just finished 2 days ago. And designed one other that I am waiting for a signed contract on.
