Everyone, here is a possible update to our charter. however, before i do it, i want everyone to take a look at the changes i made, and tell me if they approve or not. I underlined the new partsGuild Chat:

The Smiters Guild is designed for the best V/T’s and smiters on uswest non ladder. We are a very competitive pk guild, with a tough entry process. New applicants who want in this guild must prove their worth by dueling some of our members, and they must do well. If an applicant is unable to score a reasonable amount of kills vs some of our members, they will not be allowed in the guild. Once an applicant has proved their worth, both dogboston@jsp and Bmsmite@jsp must approve that members entry. This Guild supports dueling for rank, each new player is assigned a rank like in a ladder system. The current best V/T and best Smiter will be ranked number 1 and so fourth. The rankings go from 1-20 for each class.
Eventually, if a player becomes so powerful, and so well known, they will be upgraded out of our ranking system, and into the custom rank “legend”. Becoming a legend is extremely difficult and most players will not ever be able to achieve this status. A legend is the top 1% of their character class for entire realm. Once you have become a legend, that rank cannot be taken away from you.How to become a Legend:
Must be level 95 or higher.
Must have almost completely perfect gear.
The player must be well known throughout the entire realm.
The player must be approved by the majority of the current legends.
The player must duel the current legends for their approval.
There is no application process for this, when the time has come to boost someone out of the regular ranking system, pretty much everyone will know it.The Smiters guild offers: Dueling and build help, Competitive duels for rank, team duels, tournament’s for FG prizes, guild vs guild duels, A free item warehouse, a guild baal bot, and much more.

The Guild Warehouse: The guild warehouse is a mule account designed for all guild members. It is full of random items for all different types of characters. This is a great place to find random items. If a guild member would ever like to access the warehouse to see some the current available items, please pm dogboston@jsp or toolband4308@jsp. Also it is encouraged to contribute to the warehouse inventory; however, it is not required.

Duels are ft10 in nightmare mode
You may challenge for the rank directly above once every 4 days.
Standard gm rules apply (Unless both players agree before the duels begin on different terms)

Convoy toolband4308@jsp not so sure about that lvl 95 thing, but the rest seems pretty cool. cuz to be honest, SARS was, like you said. "probably the most well known v/t on the realm besides heroism", and i also consider myself 1 of the top vT's on the realm. and so do most of you. but i guess lvl 95 is fine. iv just never done it, never needed to. but maybe if i decide to try 2 become a legend ill do it
