Some thoughts..

1. Woot respec I dont have to remake my nec!
2. Woot no more IM curse so merc will be so gg when lvling
3. No more gubers! This sucks for some ppl but Im already done w/ my chars so no worries ^ ^
4. Reduced wisp dmg also gg for lvling
5. Hdins got reduced pvm but not in pvp.. thats kind of gay
6. Reduced Light Mastery dmg, I kind of like this pure dmg lite sorcs wont hurt as bad now
7. Have the option to display health/mana text above orbs, GFG


I don't think any of the class changes were focused towards PvP.. kinda makes me mad.

yea def seems the vast majority is pvm based

but since they are getting rid of gubers that means baal games will be a TON better now, and you wont die NEARLY as often cuz of reduced wisp dmd and no more IM merc pks

well ima also use the same 3-5 characters for now on,
so i just gotta lvl them i guess

-Masteries - Changed critical strike chance from 0-25 to 0-35.
