He claims one thing to be true, when it is found out to not be true, he attempts to cover with a refund ploy.
This seems to be more and more rampant on JSP these days. People have learned to sell things with a checkered history or with no history at all under the pretense that they KNOW FOR A FACT they are legit/perm. They will even go to great lengths to prove their point.
This is Bad Mannered. No matter how many times you are proven to refund on a poofed item, you should not claim it to be true unless you know for certain the specifics of the item. In this example, if this user had done some simple research on Battle.net,

Just wanted to point this out. Please be aware of this and furthermore, we shouldn't do this.

the trade with mr hands was 1 thing before he brought to my attention that gambeled amulets depend on char lvls i thought all gambeled amulets are ilvl 99 cuz i beleave it was like that in 09 ....
