I can make them myself, I am just not as good as some of the people on here and I want a good one

I don't think he has a set rate, but you can give him some details and he'll be able to quote a price. If you don't have enough to afford something from him lemme know and I'll talk to him and cover the difference. I'd like him to get more work from people because he really is very, very good and he enjoys Photoshop.
