Titanseal says that 75 ias is sufficient

For WSM bugging, put the glove-side weapon as the Primary Weapon. Boot-side is secondary.
Select the "left weapon slot" box for Secondary Weapon.
That will give you correct breakpoints.

But, IMO, don't use an ebotd. Death and Grief are both better

hmm now it says 95 for 5.5 fpa and 157 for 5 fpa..

about the death and grief, i tried that too.. just that ebotd works too (after all, it's pvm ).. and the two big sword appearance looks nice

Secondary Weapon (boot side): Colossus Sword
[o] left weapon slot (amounts to WSM "bugging")

should give you the most (from 8 FPA to 5 FPA (113% IAS) in steps of .5)

IAS ~ FPA
0 ~ 8

Only IAS from primary weapon and off-weapon (non-weapon equipment).
Thus, 55% IAS from off-weapon slots.
