about accepting or kicking members:
i kicked some random guys out of request.. i think we dont take random ones.. so i dont open a poll for every 10 post member ;-)
i would just open a poll for members who could be ok for this guild.. one of the 3 guys vita kicked was quite ok and worth a poll i think.
just looking at fgs, posts, joindate and profile ofc ^^ and i think one of our members said that he is a friend of him...
well trusteds can be taken in our guild without poll i suggest

i don't think that every jsp-friend has to join our guild .. you had contact with them before and you'll have it in the future without wearing the same guild-tag

look at mat .. he still has contact to us

i told basti long time ago that a "invite only" system should be used as a "page1-guild" .. but he decided to accept randoms -.-
