Why would you need 2x 20Dex ravens in the first place?

Some of guides say to use 2x 20 dex ravens to achieve maxblock quicker, as it adds 40 points to dex, but I'm not sure =/

I would just use one, unless it is a vita build with a block "extra" build.

Nah, I'm going maxblock as you can walk at "run" speed in Trangs, so I'm going to take adventage of that ^^
