that dosent really help me with an answer though XD

i know you guys and the rest of my friends will look at the whole picture but most ppl on jsp are just like "fcnez+scam+covenant guild=scammer guild" and i dont want that :(

U cannot always control everyones behavior, especially when you start a new guild. Just kick him when it's clear that he scammed.

kick him out immediately if u know hes a scammer

it happens we've had a few douche bags in our guild who have scammed our own members. just remove them and move on.

i understand that completely. the issue is with this whole thing is that it wasnt jsp sanctioned (no fg involved) and was an in game gear vs. gear trade. their guildy said later as a joke i guess "haha its unperm" or something along those lines (shitty joke) and fcnez took it as reality then refused to trade the rest of his side of the bargain. im actually not entirely sure there was any bm on fcnez's side other than him not wanting to reverse the trade and keep the bs from growing.

i dont really wanna deal with it and am just about to kick him and say forget it but he isnt a bad guy from what ive seen in the time ive been around him and i dont want anything to haunt me from my past later :/
