Hey, Sal the Salmon here, aka Dustin. I am looking for a new guild and I am very interested in warriors. (My current guild is inactive and the members that I played with when I joined have all stopped playing d2, but very nice group of people, I will remain friends I just need an active guild) I have been in and out of the vent channel talking with members and such so you might see me on there. I figured I would post here to let yall get to know me a little bit. It'll be a couple months before I am able to apply officialy becuase I just started playing d2 again in June and found JSP/signed up. I used to play d2 long ago, and took a long break while i was playing semi pro CS and some other games (MTG, Poker, CS). I also like to play sorcs, and am very interested in building a gg melee character at some point (when i get enough fg to afford the inventory most likely).
I am 24 and from Washington (spokompton). When I am not at home I can be found doing a variety of high class recreational activities. These included bicycling, snowboarding, rock climbing, backpacking, flyfishing, painting (i write graffiti and do mixed media canvas work), photography (studied @ a profeessional photography school for a year). I just got back home from the National Outdoor Leadership School, where I spent a semester learning to be a wilderness leader/educator and hiked around the rockies and the desert while climbing and skiing. I have worked professionally as a graphic designer, pizza delivery agent, ski lift operator, customer service, emergency disaster response crew, and doing environmental restoration on watersheds.
My long term plans are to finish my degree at Evergreen State College in Olympia WA, writing my own major in fine arts/environmental stewardship and hopefully working with native salmon populations at some point. I also am aiming to join a professional ski patrol within the next couple years.
