Erm I fixed the PHP error but now nothing loads o.O there may be a bigger kink then I thought, someone else try to access the site and LMK what they see

Use proxy.
And still nothing.

Yea I figured, me and my friend are trying to pinpoint the error -_-

the web server part is apaches' error and I believe there to be a php error as well.

Well, not responding to ping doesn't necessarily mean the web server doesn't work.
Ping can be blocked without blocking HTTP

Though TCP networking isn't my forte

Yea true, I am going through some config files atm trying to locate whatever is causing the problem.

Again like I said, the site will be up NO MATTER WHAT, by thursday night
