well if there's a bin of 100 posted to the public, imo you have to honor, that i had a similar situation when i sold my jmod

i pm'd the t/o holder and said he could bin for 700 right now or let this auction go ( he was t/o at 600 and bin in thread was 750 )
he didnt bite on the 700 bin next thing u know ppl start offering on it again and he tries to ask me if ill take 700, he eventually binned for 750

in your case, i would pm both users and tell them the situation and ask each of them if they will increase bid offer by 10 to 90, split the difference

doesn't seem like your item is having a tough time getting bids, so if worse comes to worst you can use the right to not sell to anyone and re-open bidding / thread with the 100 fg bin
